    Line 51 of the wp-content/plugins/key4ce-osticket-bridge/templates/new_ticket.php file reads:

    <i>We are currently notifing the selected department staff...</i>

    should read:

    <i>We are currently notifying the selected department staff...</i>

    Note that the word notifYing was corrected to add the missing “Y”
