Minor Site Redesign/Sticky widget

    Help.

    Im using WP for my blog and I want to create sticky widget in the place of the first post so the widget is above the fold. The posts would then follow down below.

    In addition, I want to make some changes to the header of the site.

    The person who designed the site is unavailable.

    Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
