Minor nits to pick on admin interface in rc2.7-rc1

I love the new look of the admin interface. Seems clean and professional. Nicely done.

A couple of minor notes:

#1. It seems that the header for the main “wrap” portion of the screen is a little low. I’m sure other like the extra white space, but I think it looks better pushed up a bit:

In aktt_css_admin starting at line 22 try:

.wrap h2 {
  margin-top:2px;
}

Might be especially nice on smaller monitors.

#2. Under Dashboard->Akismet Stats the stats window comes up with a scroll bar inside of the page scrollbar if you have enough months in the history. A little messy. This may need to be a plugin fix, I’m not 100% sure.
