Minimum role capability ('edit_theme_options') too high for editors

Hi!

It look like normal editors cannot use the plugin, as it requires the ‘edit_theme_options’ capability. Normal widgets require this capability, and that makes sense when a change would affect the entire site, but I think that if the user has the capability to edit the post, they should be able to override the widgets.

That said, if you provide a hook or an options panel to change this mimimum capability requirement, it would be most appreciated.
