    Minimum Order Amount SET for orders, but why customers can still order ?
    How to stop customer orders when Minimum Order Amount is set ?

    hello,

    I am using this:

    Customers can see the red notice when order total doesn’t reach the minimum required, but they can still order, is it normal ?

    How to stop them from ordering if minimum is not reached ?

    This is definitely not normal.

    Sorry but I do not talk about any extension, it’s only a snippet.

    Add code to your child theme’s functions.php file or via a plugin that allows custom functions to be added, such as the Code snippets plugin. Avoid adding custom code directly to your parent theme’s functions.php file as this will be wiped entirely when you update the theme.

    Also faced the similar issue while using the code snippet, Later the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/minimum-purchase-amount-for-woo-cart/ resolved the issue.

    Hi @catdec. I tested the snippet on my test site and it doesn’t allow me to place an order if the cart items are below the amount specified. If you’re still having issues with this, you can use an extension like this one. I have not tested that plugin and am not endorsing it, but you may find that it helps you.

    You may have already solved the issue. If there is no update on this thread within the next week, we will go ahead and resolve the thread. In that case, please feel free to start a new thread if you have additional questions.
