# Minimum global cart quantity

 * Hi,
 * I am building a website for a wholesale company. I current have the cart setup
   so that the user has to have a minimum of 4 products to checkout.
 * My client would like a user to be able to buy certain products without having
   4 in their basket. It is possible to have a certain category to ignore this rule.
 * So, when someone buys a product in category ‘bulk products’, the website will
   allow the user to checkout without having more than 4 products. But if they don’t
   have a product in this category in their basket they have to buy a minimum of
   4 products.
 * (the user currently doesn’t have to buy 4 of one product, as long as the basket
   total has a minimum of 4 products).
