# Minimum fields for CVS import

 * What are the minimum fields that need to be filled in for the import to work?
   These are what I’d like to use:
 * Name
   AddressCategory Slugs or Category NamesStatus

 * I went ahead and built a cvs from the data I had and uploaded it. worked just
   fine with only the fields from above! TY

 * Sorry for the lack of response. I mainly do support on my plugins over the week-
   end. Indeed, these are the minimal fields required for import.

 * I got this import to work a week ago and now it’s not working for me. I’m trying
   to populate the 4 columns in my first message above. It also seems to be deleting
   an existing link when I try to import. I tried it with all 4 columns above and
   it didn’t work. Then I tried it with just name and address and that’s getting
   me the same result.

   like and what I’m getting after importing.

 * I fixed this. I have no idea how. It must have been a corrupted file. I re-downloaded
   the template to start with a fresh one and it’s been working flawlessly. TY!

 * CSV files can definitely be finicky.
