Minimal mysql statement to insert a post into one category

    Hi,

    can anybody show me a minimal mysql statement (or several ones) to include a post (post = “xyz”, authorid=2, category id = 3, date = 2012-09-05, title = “titlexyz, excerpt = “excerpt xyz”) into the database without corrupting the database?
