 * I’d like to express my thankfulness and gratitude for providing such a great 
   plugin!
 * I was wondering if you could somehow help me to have a minimal or maximum days
   to book as I don’t think it’s worth spend $140 dollars just to have that functionality…
 * Please help as I’d really like to have this site live.
