Minify still not working in v0.9.2.7

    Even after installing v0.9.2.7, minifying still not working.

    It appears Minify URL rewriting is not working. If using apache, verify that the server configuration allows .htaccess. Or if using nginx verify all configuration files are included in the main configuration fail (and that you have reloaded / restarted nginx).

    I am using blusehost. and they do not support nginx. But allows .htaccess. Even i talked with hosting people and they said its the plugin. There server configuration allows all for .htaccess
