 * What settings are they talking about and where can I find them?

 * What plugins? Likely a caching one would do that – in which case, you can ask
   on the plugin’s own sub-forum.

 * It’s a message by [W3 Total Cache](http://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/).
   Every time you add a new plugin it will ask you to check the minify settings 
   so that it could minify the plugin’s code.

 *  The message contains the link to minify settings. Alternatively, you should 
   empty minify cache so it could be rebuilt. No biggy.
