Minify not working?

    I did a fresh install of 0.9.2.8 and all seems to be working well but I can’t seem to clear my minify cache. I remember on the older version, it would generate a new title string thus protecting against any chance of old browser cached CSS and JS sheets from overriding new changes. With this new update, I can’t seem to get it to create a new name even though I keep dumping my minify and page cache. Any ideas?
