I think that this is a bug; do you have the option to convert the calendar to list format enabled?

Joe, Yes, I have “switch to list view on mobile devices” enabled.

OK; that is a bug then. When ‘switch to list view on mobile devices’ is enabled, the JS is getting turned off on mobile devices. This shouldn’t be happening, and will be fixed in the next release.

    Thanks!

    Glad I could help. ha.

Yes, I am having major issues with the calendar on mobile devices.

The JS is not being disabled, but no event links work on mobile devices.

    I believe this is a similar/related issue –

    here is the URL: http://musiciansformusicians.org

Check out the home page on a mobile device – the linked events don’t work…

ANY help is MUCH appreciated. As you can see, we are live, and the calendar doesn’t work. Thanks a lot!!!!

FYI, yesterday’s update fixed this issue for me.

Glad to hear it! It was supposed to. 🙂

Yesterday’s update actually CREATED the issue for me.

So, still in the same boat. Please see for yourself:
    http://musiciansformusicians.org

Calendar on mobile does not work with links.

PS I like this plugin a lot, so I hope I don’t have to scrap the styling and learning I did already for another –

If I can facilitate the process by provide you with login info or anything, please let me know.

PS – I tried disabling all other plugins, one by one, to see what might be causing a conflict… No luck for me.

Appreciate your help in this matter!

Hmmm. I can see that they aren’t working. It’s not a problem with mobile, however – this also doesn’t work if you switch to list view in a desktop browser.

This is coming from a file called ‘ultimate.min.js’, contributed by another plug-in:

    http://musiciansformusicians.org/wp-content/plugins/Ultimate_VC_Addons/assets/min-js/ultimate.min.js?ver=3.13.4

I’m not sure what this code is intended to do, but what it *is* doing is preventing the script attached to this anchor element from executing.

I apologize, also – I missed your earlier post.

    Interesting! Darn.

Not sure how to figure out which part of the code is preventing what,

Quite unfortunate, as I really like your plugin!

And no worries re: missing the post – we’re all busy!

If you can think of anything as far as loading scripts / editing, alternative to disabling the plugin altogether, please let me know! Much appreciated!

There are definitely ways of doing that – unfortunately, I’ve just had a power outage…

So until I’ve got power again, I have limited ability to help you out. My phone isn’t the best tool for troubleshooting.

    No problem, good luck!!!

If you prefer to email me direct, please do – paul@unstech.com

I am looking into what would be entailed w/disabling. I only see a few things I’d have to fix. Let me see.

    Thanks!!!

    Update:
Disabled / deactivated the plugin, and the problem persisted…

I can give you access to the site, no prob – want to make it easiest for you to troubleshoot…

And in lieu of going back and forth via this forum – please email me direct and I’ll provide a login for you, and that would be quickest means of getting any answers you might need!

    Thank you!!

Still no power, but one temp fix you can use is to disable the list JS in the script manager.

Will email you later, when I can actually do something.
