[resolved] Millions of Rows added to wp_postmeta (3 posts)

I've come across an interesting case where there are literally millions of extra rows created in the wp_postmeta table. The rows are in sequential meta_id, all tied to post_id 1, and have the meta_key either enddate or shortname.

Given the sheer quantity, I wonder if it's a malicious attack to the site or a glitchy plugin. Anyone have any ideas?

Can you post your site URL?

Figured it out - it was from a plug-in (Giveaway Countdown). Had to delete 6 million rows!
