# Migration using WP

 * Hi EVeryone! I have been using WP for a couple of weeks now, installed on a MAMP
   virtual server on my Mac, while building (porting) my old iWeb installation on
   my (shared) server at WebIntellects. Both are fantastic and I’m now getting to
   the stage wher I will want to replace the old with the new WP installation.
    
   I have 2 questions, please help. (I am not dumb, but inexperienced with this 
   sort of thing, so please keep the answers simple!) I suspect that the only way
   I am going to be able to do this ‘on my own'(with your help, of course!) is to
   use WordPressMove. Is there anything I should watch out for? Do I completely ‘
   wipe’ the Host server of the present data, before I upload the new site?? Secondly,
   once installed (at this moment wishful thinking) can I continue to ‘blog’ from
   my localhost, or do I use a ‘real’ web-portal?

 * Have to be a bit more specific, sorry: the NOW website has been installed and
   is running on a shared Host. I have copied what I did in iWeb to the WP website
   setup on my localhost, which I want to use on the REAL host.
    1) migrate what
   I have now copied into WP to webintellects host/server 2) ahow to moderate/add
   blogs after that, please!!
