• I’m updating my review from a few weeks ago, when I was struggling to migrate from WooCommerce to SureCart. It was a rough start, but what I received completely blew me away. Adam, Ben and the team went above and beyond—not just to address my issues, but to show that they genuinely care about their customers and their success.

    Honestly, it’s rare to feel truly heard and supported by a company these days, but that’s exactly what they delivered. They could have just slammed the door on me, but instead they bent over backwards to make me super duper happy and left me feeling both grateful and impressed.     Thank you for your response, Ivan. My ticket number is: #401097. Ben sent me an email yesterday, a new support person from the previous. He was apologetic and helped with some things, but I am having so many issues. I sent 4 emails on different topics today all with screenshots and details of what is happening. But it’s Saturday… and a long weekend, so… 😫
