• I migrated from a WP multisite to a standalone site and all seems good except the FSCF forms are missing. I can see the forms in the sql database but the plugin cannot see them. There does not seem to be any rows for fs_contact in the database wp_options table, unless I just don’t know how to see them in phpmyadmin. Everything is the latest version and all updates were installed on the old site before the migration.

Unfortunately I don’t have access to the old site any more but I do have a backup that contains the old site. I did not do a FSCF backup on the old site. Is there some way I can bring the forms back without having to re-create all the forms?

  • Hi, have you tried to uninstall and delete the plugin? Then install a fresh copy?

Yes, I installed all the plugins fresh since I didn’t want all of them from the old site. This may be what caused the problem since the fresh plugin didn’t know about the forms from the old site.

This may be a hint. the new plugin initially showed all the names of the forms from the previous site but when I tried to open a form the name changed to “New Form”.

Hi what version of the plugin where you running in the old site?

It should have been 4.0.xx because I kept it up to date, but I can’t tell for sure now unless there is somewhere in the site backup data that tells.

You can try the following, install your website locally using Wamp or Xampp depending on your operating system. Then export the settings and then import the settings into your live site.

I found the version, 4.0.39. It is shown in the si-contact-form.php file from the site backup.

I will try if I can figure it out. My OS is linux mint so I assume I use Xampp. Neither Wamp or Xampp are in the linux repository. By export the settings do you mean do a FSCF backup in the tools menu?

Yes, I mean using the internal tools FSCF offers.
