For everyone using Jetpack’s Site Icon module, what do they need to do when WordPress 4.3 is launched with the built-in Site Icon feature?

We’re going to switch sites to using Core’s feature when a site is on 4.3, with some fallbacks. If you have any feedback on our plans, go ahead and read up on all the issues linked to that one, and share your comments!
