    Import is not happening from MV Create. There is not error displayed. Please help

    The blue progress bar is not filling up?

    Could you check with your webhost if there are any errors in the PHP error log?

    No it is not filing up. It is actually absent from screen. Will check for errors in the log and get back to you.

    500 is a server error. Did you check with your webhost what the exact error message is that’s in their logs?

    It could be some kind of compatibility problem. Could you try using the Health Check plugin to test? We have a video in our documentation showing you exactly how to do that: https://help.bootstrapped.ventures/article/108-debugging-plugin-problems​​Specifically the compatibility mode shown in the video where it basically tests a default theme and no other plugins active.

    Health check function of the plugin works with its blue slider. It has shown no errors on completion. Unable to access the provided link, its broken it seems

    I was mainly referring to the compatibility mode check as shown in the video in that documentation, not the health check.

    Could you give that a try?
