Migrating to new blog

We were using a very old version of Subscribe2 (8.6) and tried importing it into a new blog – everything seems to be working, but all of the public subscribers are missing. Where are the tables with public subscribers normally stored, and how can I recover them? I still have access to my old site files, but the site itself is no longer live. Thank you!
