Migrating from a staging site to live domain, page builder losing settings?

    Hi there, how does one move the site from a staging website to the live server and maintain all work done within page builder. Obviously the big issue in moving from a staging site to a live server and domain name is that the url of links and images and so on will of course need to be updated. Thanks in advance

    Hi James,

    We designed pootle page builder to migrate properly. We have tested this using the duplilcator plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

    Have you tried and are having issues?

    We are also planning import/export functionality to make porting sites easier…

    Hi Nick,
    I will give this a try now, good to know it has been tested. I will report back with any issues to this thread here. I was trying a search and replace with 2 plugins and a move from an IP staging site address to a domain name without any luck here unfortunately. Hopefully this helps.

    Ideally I would like this to work with more than one migration method, so let me know what those 2 other search and replace plugins are and we’ll do some testing…
