Migrating custom post types to new theme

    I have a diaper review website Luiervergelijker.nl. This website currently runs a theme (called ReviewIt) with build-in Custom Post Types (‘reviews’). These custom posts are the core of my website.

    I would like to migrate to a new theme, but when activating a different theme all Post Types of the type ‘reviews’ disappear. Would anybody have a clue on how to reactivate the custom post types ‘reviews’ in my new theme?
