Migrating a knowledgebase under a website generated by WordPress

    I generated a website using WordPress. It is https://aristotelvoiejeur.com/wordpress/
    I also developed a custom knowledge-base using html and PHP. It is https://fqh.zetabytesys.com/
    I am trying to migrate this knowledge-base to the WordPress website to be a subpage under the Projects page.
    Any directions or tutorial on how to do that?
    Upon doing the migration, will WordPress be able to edit the pages of this knowledge-base?
