NEED MODERATOR ASSISTANCE PLEASE

I have been trying to migrate our subscribers from our old site “labelmaster.wordpress.com” to our new site “blog.labelmaster.com” using jet pack and following the documentation on how to accomplish this.

The problem is our old site does not show up in the drop down for Jetpack migration.
I believe the sites are properly connected, but the old site does not show.

Can you assist us please?
