However, a normal archive page wouldn’t include custom fields, so a modified template would be required to include such data. The result could end up somewhat similar to the admin area’s post listing tables, except maybe styled nicer. Notice on the admin list tables that different sorting options are available by clicking the column heads. * The crux of your challenge would be getting the existing data into WP post format. You say all this data is in a spreadsheet. It looks like the current site has data in a database of some sort? A database could also be imported into WP. I’m not sure which would be easier to wrangle into WP post format. A database could possibly be converted by just renaming the columns, but if that was all it took it’d be incredibly lucky. Some sort of spreadsheet import plugin is likely your best option.
