I tested the import: it doesn’t import my seo datas from woocommerce categories.
Is there a way to do it ?
SEO meta for Woocommerce categories is a Pro-only feature.

if i install the pro version, it will transfer all the SEO meta for Woocommerce categories from yoast to all-in-one-seo-pack ?
The automatic importer doesn’t currently do woocommerce category seo data (that plugin stores it in a non-standard way in the database). We’ll add that to the importer soon, but in the meantime we can provide Pro customers with a script that will do it.
