Migrate empty fields or remove them?

When migrating WooCommerce products, should I migrate ALL fields, including those that won’t be used at any time? Will that help keep everything “aligned”, or can I remove the empty fields when setting up the export file?

I’ll be using WP All Import (Deluxe), with the WooCommerce plugin, at the import end of the migration. I hope to use a “bundle” file, not just a .CSV file.
