I would like to discuss a problem that I get into currently. I must migrate a database to wordpress with different structure that wordpress itself has, which is done. But after that I have to manage it from the administration. So, as an idea, which is only one, I have in my mind to create plugins which will give the chance for managing the data in the newly added database(create the whole back office and I am not sure if it is a good idea).
My question is: is there other ways to manage a database different than wordpress without writing plugins, or is there any plugin that it could help me(bear in mind that I have many tables), or any other ideas are appriciated.
By the way I am new in wordpress community so if I have asked you sth improperly I am really sorry.
