• I bought the premium but it won’t let me in and I have been arguing with them for several days, sending my receipt, etc and keep getting the same answer “You need to upgrade”. Which I did. Which they have the money for.

    I am very frustrated trying to deal with someone overseas that plainly doesn’t give a crap about fulfillment.

    I manage many, many websites and would have like to use this again but not after this shoddy service.

    Sorry for the confusion, but, as we explained in your tickets, you are asking for Clone tool that is not included in your current Standard plan.

    Lastly, I can totally understand your frustration, and sometimes when you wait that seems like ages, but please note that all your tickets were resolved in just a couple of hours after they were submitted.
