It appears that it is not. How do I fix that? Would it be another plugin, setting, or issue with the code (I do not code, so I don’t think I would have changed anything unless a plugin suggested it)
Ok, so I was able to receive the email at a yahoo address, but not Microsoft or Gmail.
So that seems like the issue is not with WordPress or the plugin but with those providers blocking your mail would be my guess.
Thanks. I installed a plugin to allow me to use the sites email server instead of wordpress’ php engine and it is now working fine.

I am not able to receive emails from the site on outlook or gmail servers.

The messages are almost certainly getting blocked becuase they look like spam. You can improve this by properly setting up your DNS. This isn’t something that the plugin can control.
