Micropat Third-Party Code Blocking Main Thread – Google Page Speed Insights

When Addtoany plugin is enabled I am seeing a warning in PageSpeed Insights under “Reduce the impact of third-party code Third-party code blocked the main thread for”… and it lists Micropat with size 61kb Main Thread Blocking time for Micropat from 100-400ms. If I disable this plugin and clear cache and rerun, this problem disappears so I believe it is the addtoany plugin. Please advise.

Hi, I clear this by preconnect domain and preload js file like below.
preconnect: https://static.addtoany.com
preload: https://static.addtoany.com/menu/page.js

I used Autopitimize plugin.
