 * So there’s a option choice for Micromodal loading method between ‘Externally 
   from unpkg.com’ and ‘Locally’.
 * What are the factors to consider? Should one method be faster than the other?
 * If I choose ‘Locally’ do I need to do anything to ensure Micromodal is available?
 * I think the ‘?’ icon message could be more helpful.
