Matt hasnt updated Product Vendor since February 2014. This plugin is a fork, with permission from Matt, of Product Vendor, with many new features and regular updates.
Go to http://www.wcvendors.com – Click download – And at the bottom of that page you will see a quick guide on how to upgrade from PV to WC Vendors. 🙂 It’s quite easy, just a few shortcodes to change. If you have any custom code, a few class names to change in the custom code.
If you need any support, ask on wcvendors.com help forums — We can reply to those tickets much faster than support requests here because WordPress.org provides no notifications of a new support request, whereas our forums do.

I own every WC Vendor plugin that’s been developed, including mgates, woothemes and one from codecanyon.
I have to say though, this current plugin is better than I imagined.
One thing missing and very much in high demand; Stripe connect payments. I hate PayPal and refuse to use them (since 2008).
