Metat tags not creating

    WordPress version: 3.5.1
    WordPress SEO version: 1.3.4.4

    I did this:

    Set up the plugin with meta data including title and description. I don’t have any meta data in my header and the header is being called on the WP page.

    I expected the plugin to do this:

    Create meta tags for title and description for my pages/posts.

    Instead it did this:

    I have checked the source code and nothing is being written on my site for any meta information from this plugin.
