This is because your theme is not fully responsive, the area the slideshow is in has a fixed width, so it will never scale down. Please could you:
Go to Appearance > Editor
Select style.css on the right (it might already be loaded on the page)
Search for “div.banner-center”
Just below you will see “width: 1663px;”
Change that to “max-width: 1663px;”
Save

Yes, that’s a commercial question and as you know that’s not supported here. Please direct those questions to your site.

Hi Jan – thanks for clarification. I usually direct Pro users to the ticketing system but in this case it wasn’t so clear cut – the issue isn’t directly related to Pro, they just happen to have upgraded. In the future I’ll direct all Pro users regardless of the problem 🙂
