Metaslider galleries are empty after new theme appled

    Apparently we upgrade a site to Beaver Builder. Now I can see the metaslider code, but in the plugin, there are no galleries. So the galleries have disappeared. Any way to get these back. I just downloaded the wp-content folder from before the conversion.

    Hi,

    Are you seeing the MetaSlider settings page from the admin dashboard?

    Or did the builder plugin remove them?

    It might be a question you need to ask them. I’m not familiar with the Beaver Builder.

    Yes I am seeing the settings page. Wondering if I can just overwrite the plugin folder with the saved plugin and will that restore them?

    Hi,

    I’m not sure what you mean but the issue seems to be in the editor, right? You probably just need to go into your new editor and add back in the MetaSlider shortcodes. Does that sound right?
