Thanks for using MetaSlider. We didn’t have this feature in the MetaSlider core. However, this was possible with an integration: https://www.metaslider.com/docs/how-do-i-open-an-image-in-a-lightbox-modal/
Can you check to see if your have that set up correctly?
Thanks for responding but does it give the option to download the image?
@gglenda122 It’s possible that one of those lightbox plugins did allow that. You would need to check which integration you were using.
I installed it and I don’t get the option. I attached an image.

Install the one you told me about, the MetaSlider Lightbox so that the format is expanded. I installed it and activated it but I don’t get that switch, that’s why in the previous message I sent you the photo, I don’t get that switch.

Please read this post carefully: https://www.metaslider.com/docs/how-do-i-open-an-image-in-a-lightbox-modal/. You need more than just the MetaSlider Lightbox plugin.
You mention that previously you had the option to show the photos in a lightbox and download the image. It is my guess that you had the MetaSlider Lightbox plugin and also one of those other plugins.
Thanks friend, but I already read that document and I still installed the plugin and the switch doesn’t appear.
