    We have several problems with translated meta-fields in Molongui, which are not shown in the frontend.
    1.) WordPress uses the wp-user name (post_author) of translated guest-authors in the author archive page instead of the translated molongui guest-author name. Different languages seem not to be taken into account. _molongui_guest_author_display_name. Guest-Authors are post_type: “guest_author”, but molongui has not set the right “post_title” or the “_molongui_guest_author_display_name” of the related double wpml translation of the guest-author name. This error is just relevant in the second language of guest-author templ archive sites.
    2.) molongui_author_company_ and molongui_author_job_title are not shown in the second language of all the molongui author boxes, nevertheless all meta fields where translated. This error is effecting all wp-users and guest-authors of molongui.

    Our blog is running with WPML translations and a we have just a second language. All strings are filled out and show up correctly in the database.
    We use latest version of wp and latest pro versions of molongui and wpml plugins. We do not use a cache plugin and no cache is activated.

    Since three weeks on the part of the producers of Molongui puzzlement dominates, what actually is the problem, I can already communicate a partial solution for the 1.) guest name problem and the second language of author.php template. Insteat of placin a common function like the_author() I tried to set:
    add_action( ‘init’, ‘molongui_get_queried_object’ );
    function molongui_get_queried_object() { $obj = get_queried_object();
    $displayname = $obj->display_name; echo $displayname; }
    echo molongui_get_queried_object(); For me it works at least to see the right guest author name for the second language, and not a wp-user name.
    Both kinds of author types use the single author.php template but the return of the guest_author puts a wrong value in the second language. Also I tested a change in the molongui class-guest.php ‘_molongui_guest_author_display_name’ => $_POST[‘post_title’] at some keys and values. Another thing to solve is to use separate templates for author.php and guest_authors.php or to use a language difference with author-de.php. So far my intermediate state with the template for authors. Please Molongui-Team, check your code with class-guest.php public function quick_add(), this is not working bilingual also not for more languages. ‘post_title’ => $_POST[‘display_name’] this seem not to work, because post_name is the slug and post_title is the real name for both languges. The key display_name in the object returns a wrong value. Please check it out with WPML, thank you much. We looking forward for an update of the plugin. We have a lifetime Pro Version of your plugin and we have a complaint.

    Hi @awlizw,

    Sorry we didn’t see this last reply of yours as of now. We were discussing this with you over email following the support ticket you opened with us and didn’t check this thread as until now.

    Maybe you didn’t see our last response. We told you that issue number 2 had been fixed and that the fix would be included in the next plugin update.

    And about issue #1, we asked you whether you had done anything to the page, because displayed names were correct. Now I can see that you actually did something and what that is. Could you please answer us the support ticket indicating the theme you use?

    The plugin uses the same template for both types of author to keep the same layout and look and feel in your site. Anyway, the plugin provides you the ability to use different templates (Molongui > Authorship Settings > Author Pages). There you can provide the path to the template you want to use for each author type.

    We will look into the “Add new guest” issue you mention.

    Hi @awlizw,

    We haven’t heard back from you in over a month. Hopefully version 4.3.3 fixed the issues you had. I’m closing this ticket now, but if you still experience any issue, please feel free to re-open it again and we will be happy to assist you.
