Metaboxes.io VS Redux.io

Hello guys I’am newbie in this forum :(. I would like to get some suggestions.. Which is the best framework to use for creating a custom post and page that can drag and drop the metaboxes and add some options like background image, text editor, etc within the metabox. Its like in vafpress framework but sadly vafpress was dead :(. Please help me thank you.
