# Meta Title seemingly broken

 * Hi,
 * Sorry in advance if this is a stupid question, I am still new to WordPress and
   TSF.
 * I am trying to fill in the Meta Titles section under General SEO, but whenever
   I try to fill it in, I can not delete the automatically generated title, which
   is too long. The auto gen text appears in light gray, and I cannot edit it. I’ve
   attached a screenshot for reference (apologies for the horrid contrast, the snip
   tool isn’t the best).
