When you duplicate a page, the Yoast SEO data like the titles and descriptions for the cloned page do not appear in the meta tags of the page. Is that correct?
We tested cloning pages in multisite using the Duplicate Post plugin, but did not find any missing data in the on the front-end or anywhere in the WordPress admin.
Can you send us screenshots of what’s happening or more information about what’s not appearing correctly in the database?

• But since 14.x, a big issue with value entered and save in bulk editor and reality in front appear. Back-office value is saving but front-office load data from the database and when u check database, it’s wrong meta like cloned meta field from an initial page.
yoast_indexables table values does not match with what we save in back office. But it show right saved information. Surprise !
Then mismatch between real value and DB value, it’s look like DB don’t receive saved data.

and when u check yoast_indexable, u can identify information are not registered like what we put in Yoast Bulk edit tools.

@lesscro Can you please confirm whether the plugin you were using to duplicate the pages was Duplicate Post or another plugin?
We tested using that plugin to duplicate a post and then updated the title/meta description from the bulk editor, but were unable to replicate any issue or inconsistency with the saved data.
After last update of Yoast SEO, new pages have duplicated meta descriptions. I’ve tried everything in this article (How do I fix duplicate meta tags?, changed some codes in function.php and etc.
Bu those did not help to remove them .You can check out for example this page
