Meta Tags

I am using the paid version and have received no response to email support. Can you please explain how I can insert simple meta tags into my landing pages? Although Yoast displays and saves the page title and meta description it is not displayed in the front end. For some odd reason I have the option to add meta keywords, which is a complete waste of space.
