Meta Tag issues with how my website appears in Google.

    Hi Everyone.
    My website is http://www.emmaontour.com
    When I search for my website via Google it comes up with the below.

    Emma On Tour > Travel & Lifestyle
    http://www.emmaontour.com/
    … google_plus · pinterest · rss · youtube · tumblr · instagram. Copyright © 2015 Emma On Tour. All Rights Reserved. The Arcade Basic Theme by bavotasan. com.

    I don’t want it to come up with ‘…google_plus . Pinterest . rss’ etc. How can I change this? I have Yoast installed for SEO, but I just can’t seem to figure it out.
