  • Hi WMS Group,

Could you try using a different browser (google chrome)? If you’re familiar with chrome developer tools, please check for JavaScript errors in the console tab.

Thanks for the quick response. I am not seeing any Javascript errors using Google Chrome developer tools.

Ok, in the network tab, if you load up the Meta Slider page, then clear the log of requests, then click ‘add slide’, you should see an Ajax request being kicked off – the one that goes and grabs all the images to display in the library.

Does that request look OK? Is there anything in the request/response that looks fishy?

    Regards,
    Tom.

The only thing I can see is that the waiting in ms seems high at 542ms. I don’t know if that means anything at all.

It was a problem with my theme and everything is working after I deleted and reinstalled. Thanks for the help Tom, I really appreciate it 🙂

No problem! Most issues boil down to a conflicting plugin or theme 🙂

    Regards,
    Tom
