meta slider is not working

Hi,

When I uploaded my photos on meta slider and clicked on preview I only got a white screen. Also when I would create a new page and post the meta slide code in there I did not see anything appearing. I also cannot upload my plugins anymore so something is completely messed up. I only have an admin account.

Somebody from WordPress asked me to create a link to my meta slider..well I am kind of a newbie and do not know what is exactly meant with that.
