 * After updating a site to wordpress 5 that uses the meta shortcodes option of 
   the plug in I’ve been getting error messages on any page that is trying to load
   a shortcode:
 * Warning: Illegal string offset ‘content’ in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/
   plugins/custom-content-shortcode/includes/optional/meta-shortcodes.php on line
   128
 * Warning: Cannot assign an empty string to a string offset in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/
   wp-content/plugins/custom-content-shortcode/includes/optional/meta-shortcodes.
