  • Hey there!

    Apparently i’m having a hard time controlling the meta data on my site.

    http://www.oxvigs.dk

    When I look in the source code of oxvigs.dk, I find duplicates of my meta name=”description”

    It is shown inside the <head> section and again inside the <body> section.

    I’m using yoast for SEO, and undsgn- studiofolio theme, but can’t figure out why this code is repeated.

    Does anyone have an idea what could trigger the repetition?

    In my head.php i have this:

    <head>
      <meta charset="utf-8">
      <!--<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1" />-->
      <title><?php wp_title(''); ?></title>
      <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width,minimum-scale=1,maximum-scale=1" />
      <?php if (FAVICON) echo '<link rel="shortcut icon" href="'.FAVICON.'" />'; ?>
      <?php wp_head(); ?>
    </head>

    Thx,
    Oxvigs
