It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket though the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

Seriously? 1 day of looking through your docs and After 2 days here, you couldn’t just give me the answer? Now you want me to ask the client for credentials and create a ticket again and wait two more days? I’d rather encourage them to use another form.
