I use yoast plugin and no meta descriptions get translated.
Also some titles don’t get translated either

Just make sure to actually visit pages you want their metas translated, this normally does the trick

I’ve tried that, no luck.
disabled all caching plugins, deleted all translations, done everything I can think of but nothing translates titles amd descriptions writtem with Yoast SEO. It translate the default titles fine.

You need to verify that the frontend script (transposh.js) is actually working, see that it loads and that it runs, you can also check the page source for any tr_ tags (untranslated phrases).

Thanks, I’ve ensured the .js file is executing and it’s sorted the problem, meta titles and descriptions seem to be translating now 🙂
The problem seems to be the meta description is only translated when the checkbox on the widget is checked to do manual translations.
Is there any way to automaticlly translate the description when the page is loaded in the same way the title does?
