it was not the Anti-Spam Plugin, but it was the Plugin WP SMASH – so I deactivate it and its work. Thank u so much for inspiration.
But 1 Thing is confusing, one other page with an other Theme, works with WP SMASH and YOUST together. What is the reason about that?
Please, make sure that you have the same settings in WP Smash plugin on your other site where the meta description is showing on media (attachment) pages while WP Smash plugin is active.

Ya, it was a spelling mistake, WP SMUSH is right.
So all works now, thank u so much for the support, it was a setting different between the WP SMUSH on the one project to the second project

I prefer the plugin Ewww Image Optimize, I have better results than with the plugin WP Smush.
But the name of your theme, please!!
